By using NIS Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
NIS Tracker lets members of Nordhavn Ice Swimmers log open-water swims, view club leaderboards, and coordinate swim events.
You need an account to use the App. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when signing up.
You own the swim data, notes, photos, and other content you add. By using the App, you grant us permission to store and display your content to other club members as part of normal app functionality (e.g., the feed, leaderboards, and profiles).
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable, and not to use the App to abuse other members. We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates this rule, at our sole discretion, within 24 hours of becoming aware of the issue.
The App provides tools to flag content and block other users. Reports are reviewed by club admins within 24 hours. Blocking removes the blocked user's content from your feed instantly.
Don't misuse the App. Don't attempt to access other users' accounts, interfere with the service, or use the App for anything illegal.
Open-water swimming carries inherent risks. The App is a logging and social tool — it does not provide safety guidance, medical advice, or supervision. You swim at your own risk.
We aim to keep the App running but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through the App.
The App is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms. When we do, the App will prompt you to agree to the new version before you can continue using it.
